Hilton Head Blue/White 2008

WHEN: November 22, 2008

WHERE: HILTON HEAD HIGH SCHOOL

WEIGH-IN: 7:30-8:30AM

START TIME: APPROXIMATELY 9:30AM

COST: $7.00 PER WRESTLER (If you bring a check please make it payable to Hilton Head Wrestling)

MATCH LENGTH: three 90 second periods (DOUBLE ELIMINATION)

THIS WILL BE A QUALIFIER FOR THE CAROLINA OPEN. THE CHAMPION OF EACH WEIGHT CLASS WILL ADVANCE TO THE CAROLINA OPEN

Coaches,

1. All coaches are to fax or e.mail their lineup by Wednesday November 19^th by 6:30pm. Your lineup should include wrestlers name, weight class, and division they will be competing at. This will not be an official weigh in. Whatever weight class you put down for that individual they will have to make that weight Saturday morning at weigh ins. If they do not make weight then they don’t wrestle. If you leave someone off the list or didn’t fax or e.mail your lineup they won’t be in the tournament, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK WHAT YOU TURN IN. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!!! I am doing this to start the tournament on time.

Divisions: (these are the weights that will be used at the Carolina Open)

Blue Division: (7^th and 8^th graders)

80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 132, 140, 150, 160, 170, 185, 275

White Division: (9^th and 10^th graders)

103, 112, 119, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 152, 160, 171, 189, 215, Hwt.

Keep in mind that a varsity wrestler is only allowed 16 dates. There should be no varsity level wrestlers competing in the qualifying tournaments
